CDS was appointed by Roughton International to provide project management services for the design of rehabilitation works on the 234 km section of the M1 road between the turnoff to Kamuzu International Airport near Lilongwe and the turnoff to Mzimba. The CDS input included the coordination of experts undertaking different components of the road design and economic analysis, preparation of reports for the client, and the preparation of tender documents for the procurement of works contracts. The design study was completed in early 2018.
